Great beds and rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Super convenient to grocery stores and the marathon (which is why we stayed there) and handy for buses downtown. Pool was outstanding with ocean view. Good value!

The Loacation is Amazing!

The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Decepção em não ter o básico para a estadia em fam

Segunda vez que ficamos, pois o hotel é excelente, mas infelizmente tivemos uma situação inesperada desta vez! Reservamos com mais de 1 mês de antecedência e colocamos na observação que necessitaríamos berço para nosso filho de 1 ano. No dia do check-in pela manhã ligamos para o hotel para confirmar a necessidade do berço e se podiamos chegar alguns minutos. Informaram que não havia problema. Chegando lá nos informaram que o quarto estava pronto, mas até o momento não teriam o berço, que em breve estariam levando ao quarto. Saimos para nosso compromisso e ao voltarmos a noite o berço continuava sem disponibilidade. Ao conversar com os recepcionistas fomos informados que o hotel possui apenas 5 berços para todos os quartos e que não teriam o que fazer. Somente pedir desculpas. Inadmissível para um hotel desta rede. O mínimo era informar na hora do check-in que não teria, dando a opção de ficarmos ou não, pois nosso filho só dorme no berço por segurança. Tivemos que adaptar o quarto, pedindo para colocar um colchão no chão. Fizemos nosso filho dormir e tivemos que nos revezar, sem dormir, para segurança dele. Atendimento foi ótimo e cordial durante o período, mas sem autonomia e solução para algo básico em um hotel da rede. Hotel segue com ótimo café da manhã, e bons quartos.

Muito bom

Gostei do hotel Porem, eu particularmente , sinto falta da abertura de janelas. Quarto agradavel, porem so comnk ar condicionado nao e sufieinte, precisa renivar o ar do ambinete. Na questao cafe da manha muito bom , Na oarte externa com vista para o guaiba senti falta de guarda sol. No mais tudo muito bom, e a localizacao por estar junto ao shopping pontal e proximo a outro.

Localização maravilhosa!

Vista maravilhosa do hotel e facilita muito por ficar dentro de um pequeno shopping e na frente de um outro maior. O valor do estacionamento porém achei absurdo de caro e também não me agradei de ter que passar o cartão de crédito com determinado valor no momento do check-in para garantir o pagamento de eventuais gastos.
