Great beds and rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Super convenient to grocery stores and the marathon (which is why we stayed there) and handy for buses downtown. Pool was outstanding with ocean view. Good value!

The Loacation is Amazing!
The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Decepcionada, foi minha 2 vez. Diferente da primeira ficamos indignados com a falta de funcionĆ”rios e os poucos que tinha, super despreparados. NĆ£o tinha manobrista e seguranƧa na porta, nĆ£o tinha maleiro para pegar as malas, ficamos 40 min para levarem a mala e nĆ£o levaram, tivemos que voltar pegar. no cafĆ© estavam fazendo sĆ³ 2 opƧƵes do cardĆ”pio. Quando estava esperando o tĆ”xi comeƧou a chover e o homem Ć© que estava na recepĆ§Ć£o estava de papo com outros colegas e nem aĆ­ para os hĆ³spedes se molhando, eu tive que pedir a gentileza de me alcanƧar um guarda-chuvaā€¦ quando ele pegou era um guarda-chuva todo quebrado. Tanto no meu checkin quanto no checkout tinham pessoas reclamando. A piscina Ć© gĆ©lida. Apesar da estrutura boa e aconchegante percebe-se claramente falta de funcionĆ”rios e pessoal treinado. Infelizmente quem sai prejudicado Ć© o hĆ³spede que paga uma diĆ”ria cara para um padrĆ£o Hilton e se decepciona.

Pessimo para um 4 estrelas .
Piscina estava suja, verde e com lodo no fundo e na lateral . Ao redor da piscina piso todo arrancado e com lixo . Qdo chegamos nĆ£o tinha ninguĆ©m para estacionar o carro ou orientar para estacionar ou acessar hotel pelo shoping. Uma confusĆ£o . Checkout mais confuso ainda .

Praticidade terrĆ­vel!
Hotel Ć© novo, mas o atendimento deixa e desejar. Falta cordialidade principalmente na recepĆ§Ć£o. Por ser junto a um shopping o acesso Ć© confuso. No nosso dia estava tendo uma maratona no entorno do hotel o que dificultou o acesso pela entrada principal. Tivemos que acessar pelo estacionamento e subir com as prĆ³prias bagagens pegando 2 elevadores o que foi cansativo ainda mais que temos filho de colo. No bar do hall o atendimento Ć© lento e precĆ”rio. Serviram um ovo mal cozido para nosso bebe. Pedimos pra trocar por bem cozido. Ao inves de fazer um ovo novo requentaram o ovo. TambĆ©m no terraƧo do bar reservaram dois espaƧos para evento deixando um espaƧo muito pequeno para quem quisesse curtir a vista do hotel. E por fim meu ticket de estacionamento nao funcionou no check out e tive que peregrinar por 20 minutos atĆ© encontrar alguĆ©m. Mesmo sendo serviƧo de garagem terceirizado acredito que o hotel deixa a desejar pois quem passa o ā€œperrengueā€ Ć© o hĆ³spede. Enfim, decepcionante. NĆ£o voltarei

IncrĆ­vel! Participei da Maratona de Porto Alegre e o hotel fica a poucos metros da largada e chegada da prova. Vista muito linda do hotel para o GuaĆ­ba. Atendentes muito atenciosos. Ponto negativo foi a Ć”rea do banheiro nĆ£o ser fechada por uma porta.
