Ibis is well known for no frills, clean and affordable rooms. All I want is a good/clean bed and good/clean bathroom. Well, this time i was extremely disappointed with the shower. The water would suddenly becomes scalding hot for 5 seconds and immediately turn ice cold for another 5 seconds. The following morning, upon check-out, I mentioned to the front desk clerk and he already knew of the issue. He even mentioned that maintenance was aware aand theey don't do anything. But, even knowing, they still rent thee room without mentioning to the guest. Since I have other options within that area, my next time will be on another property.

Estávamos em uma situação especial devido às inundações, portanto não houve limpeza do quarto durante os 4 dias da estada. Até aí entendemos, mas já na chegada recebemos um apartamento completamente sujo e desarrumado tendo que trocar de apartamento para outro no andar inferior. O que poderia ser evitado com uma melhor organização e cuidado. Não é algo que se espera de um hotel da rede.

O quarto era silencioso, com blackout, com o essencial de conforto. Apenas a cama não é confortável. O colchão é muito fino. O atendimento é excelente e o café da manhã muito bom.
