No geral, foi uma hospedagem bem tranquila nesse hotel. Profissionais sempre atenciosos, mas o que deixou bastante a desejar foi o café da manhã: poucas opções do que consumir e nem sanduicheira havia para colocar um pão.

Tudo errado do começo ao fim

chegamos 30 minutos após o horário que o check-in estaria disponível e ainda assim não tinha nenhum quarto. fomos mal atentidas pela equipe que respondia tudo de maneira grosseira e sem apresentar soluções quando questionados. só conheguimos entrar no quarto 1h45 depois, fazendo com que perdêssemos o compromisso que tinha nos levado até Porto Alegre. Quando questionados se teríamos alguma reparação, nunca nos deram uma resposta. Sem contar que a localização é numa área horrível da cidade, parece uma cracolândia.
