Property is within central walking area to restaurants shops and sites Make sure room is not facing the street you really can hear the traffic. We requested to be transfered after the first night of no sleep due to noise. The toiletries is only shampoo and shower gel They dont provide hair conditioner Lastly if you leave your keys docked so when you come your room would be nice and cold, well their housekeeper removes and takes them. So air conditioning is not great.

Excellent Hotel for a city break in Porto, close to main railway/metro station, easy 20min walk to Riverside. Hotel is Clean, staff are great, hotel is modern, rooms are lovely, espresso machine and tea/coffee included in room, free in room safe, rooms serviced daily and a lovely sky terrace on top floor (bring your own drinks as bar was closed but you can still sit in the outside space and enjoy the views) Highly recommend this hotel.

Upon our arrival, I called the reception to ask if we could borrow an iron and ironing board. The lady informed me that they only had a steamer available, and if I wanted to use it, I would need to go down to sign an acknowledgment form. I’ve never encountered that before, and it left a bad impression. I ended up not getting the steamer, as we were only staying for three nights. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but don’t expect much in terms of service.

Lovely hotel with attentive helpful staff . The room was comfortable and very clean with a great walk in shower .The breakfast had an excellent choice and the nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch . It is easy to get to from the airport using Portos efficient metro system . Get off at Trindade and its a 10 min walk . It is also just a 20 min walk downhill to Porto centre but we often used the metro for the uphill return ! There is a bus from just outside the hotel that will take you into centre. Very comfortable base from which to enjoy the beautiful city of Porto

The staff was spectacular. We experienced the national power outage while we were there and the staff gave us free food and was very accommodating during the whole time. Best staff ever!
