Service staff and breakfast was very good. Awesome simple and tasteful room conditions. Second level underground parking automatic light sensor not working duration of visit despite notifying staff. Perhaps more time was needed.

Consideramos o valor cobrado, pelo nosso pet exorbitante, considerando que não havia nada no quarto que o beneficiasse (potes água/comida, caminha..). Por outro lado, muito positivo ele poder circular em tds os ambientes do hotel. Consideramos a limpeza do quarto deficitária. Café da manhã, fraco e com um ambiente sujo, inclusive os talheres e louças! O hotel é confortável, localização muito boa.

Um hotel excelente no Porto. Bom atendimento, cama muito confortável, excelente localização (em frente ao metro e ao El Corte Inglés). Quarto limpo e moderno, ar condicionado funcionando bem, luzes agradáveis.
