They need to explain that they have various outlets to their hotel. I booked here as it had a pool and lift, only to find on checking - I was not in “that’s part of the hotel”, which was frustrating…….

The apartment was beautiful and clean. A little construction outside but they are redoing the street but made lots of progress in the 3 nights we were there. A uphill walk from our Uber as he could not drive through the residential area due to construction but it was doable. We found with google maps but make sure if you are going to #21 or #25. We accidentally went in main building but team quickly responded via WhatsApp to get us to the right door. I definitely recommend having that app and a local eSIM for travel as even other hotel and tour vendors reached out through that. I’d make sure to message ahead of time so they know when to expect you. They had a nice port wine complimentary in our room. They provided a map and a great walk through of local places to go. We loved the Muralhas recommendation. Most beautiful tasty pastries! It was an easy walk downhill to Sao Bento station to leave. There is a popular lookout point right near the hotel many walking tours go by. It’s super close to the Clerigos tower, University and Livaria Lello. We really liked the place called Base for outdoor drinks on the rooftop. We found it to be a great area. There was mini fridge and AC you had to find remote and turn on. The one building has elevator and the other we were in didn’t have too many steps to our door about a flight. The pool and bar were nice for tired legs and feet. The view was gorgeous. There was great live music on Rua de Flores at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay in June as part of our honeymoon. Before arriving we were given a list of recommendations for the city which was fantastic as it was the first time we’d visited. On check in, we were given a map with more help from the reception team with some more recommendations which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for any more! We would highly recommend anyone to stay here

We loved staying here. Our apartment had plenty of room to move around in and had a fully stocked kitchen. We had a nice view of the city and hotel had many sights within easy walking distance. Excellent small family restaurants nearby.

Perfect location in the middle of all the hills. So clean and always smells freshly cleaned. Staff so friendly and kind. Pool was a nice break in the middle of the day. Apartments spacious and comfortable. So happy I chose Pipadouro!

Very nice apartment. Great location in historic Porto. Front desk was exceptionally helpful. Parking was a slight hassle, but understandable for historic region of a major city. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Apartment was clean and comfortable , staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Location excellent - you could walk to all sights in the city and close to bars / restaurants. We were unaware that the garden view apartment was in a separate building across from main property , the garden area was messy and unkempt which was not pleasant for sitting on the balcony. Noise insulation could be improved as noise from apartment up above kept us awake, when we made this comment to staff was told “buildings not good “
