The family room is spacious for us. The room is clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful. They gave us wonderful suggestions on where to eat and where to go. Will definitely stay here again.

Right on the water, quite magical to watch from your window ( which opens) the comings & going on the river. Or go up to the amazing rooftop terrace & hangout with a glass of wine!!! Easy walk to all the activities along the water front from the hotel !! Room was very comfortable!! Great shower with beautiful tiling in bathroom! Lots of open are for guest to sit and enjoy the river & gorgeous bridges ( especially at sunrise/sunset) ! I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked really good with lots of variety!! Very nice staff ( TY to Rita for her kind welcome)! I was on the 5th floor & there is an elevator, yay !! Best to take a taxi or Uber to hotel especially if u have lots of luggage! I was traveling with a lite backpack, but it was quite the trek ip to Sao Bento !! I totally enjoyed my stay !! Cheers all

It was a nice hotel, close to duro river, if you are walking from the train station do not follow google maps because it will take you through unnamed dark and very steep alleys which is very unsafe, I made that mistake and I should have just used uber Hotel location is near the bridge and walking distance to ponte Luis and Iberia, it has some beautiful sunset views if your room is facing the street

Excellent location, just a short walk to the waterfront and downtown. Great service, comfortable room, and generous breakfast. Somewhat limited dining options, but certainly nothing to complain about. Beautiful river views, as well. I would absolutely stay there again!

I very much enjoyed my stay in this hotel: *great location - walking distance to the main Porto attractions and close taxi journey to the airport *very professional and helpful Reception Team *I had a beautiful view from my room (highly recommend booking river-view room to enjoy that) *breakfast was very good; I also received a bottle of very good Porto wine on arrival which was very nice gesture Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is phenomenal for food and shopping. If you book excursions (winery/boat tours etc.), they are easily accessible by an inexpensive uber ride.

Stayed here for 4 nights- the river view was amazing - we spent every night having some wine outside on our balcony. Rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did the buffet for breakfast on our last day - it was a traditional scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses and assorted croissants and other baked goods - it was ok - but as with all hotel breakfast- you’re paying a high price for convenience. We enjoyed having drinks in the little bar one night since we were exhausted after spending all day walking. There’s not much near the hotel - so shopping and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away, and that might be 10 minutes uphill. Overall would recommend- note we were there in November and it was busy- can’t imagine what it’s like in the summer.
