Great location along River, central to both Porto and VdG port houses. Lots of restaurants nearby, and within walking distance (15-20 min) from many areas of interest. River view room was total value - food was mediocre and updates to room where aesthetic only, as unfortunately mold was already growing in bathroom.

It is located slightly outside city centre and you will have to walk uphill as it’s right on the river. But a small price to pay for the amazing hotel. And on a positive note it’s right by the bridge to Gaia. Rooms were amazing and clean, staff was so so friendly and front desk was exceptionally accommodating. I would recommend to anyone I know visiting Porto

The property was a 7 min walk to Ribiera Square with lots of restaurants, music, shopping, boats. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods. Uber is the cheapest form of transportation to and from the airport. And the staff was pleasant and professional. With a nice touch of pastries and water at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was horrible. I was greeted with a grunt by the manager on the front desk when I arrived. I needed help with my reservation and nobody made an effort. Nobody made me feel welcome. On the bright side, the room was wonderful.
