Excellent treatment
Check in was amazing - even a glass of port wine to welcome us. My room over looked the Douro River - what a treat! Plus it was so clean with a very comfortable bed, lots of towels, refrigerator, pot to heat water and a expresso coffee maker. What more could one ask for.

We had a balcony with a river view and an easy walk to the stairs. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We would recommend for people to stay there and we would love to return.

Positives: Buffet breakfast was very good. Easy walk to Villa de Nova Gaia. River view from our room was worth it and beautiful! Negatives: Busy morning traffic made it difficult to access Uber or Bolt in a timely manner. Getting up to the town wasn’t easy.

This hotel was nice and in a beautiful location. We were able to walk to the main attractions in Porto and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was just ok and very crowded so we actually skipped it 2 mornings. Ive never had worse coffee in Portugal either. The elevator is slow and tiny. Overall a good experience.
