Everything was wonderful. Couple of suggestions- Provide drinking water, at least 1 bottle every day. All other hotels in Portugal did.its given the first day and stopped. Have some lighting outside the hotel entrance at the road level. It looks dark and hard to find for uber when it’s dark.

What I like most about Eurostars Hotel in Porto is its exceptional cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, and the entire hotel smells fresh and pleasant, creating a truly comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and hospitable, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. I would like to specifically commend Ines Pereira and Mattias at the front desk for their outstanding service. Their professionalism and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable.

Good location and that is about it. I stayed in VIP hotel, but was not treated well and no mention of an upgrade. Rita the receptionist was extremely rude aswell as the man at reception when we checked out. The towels was like sandpaper. Extremely dissapointed!!!!

Fantastic hotel.

A warm welcome by staff included the 1st taste of a local Porto Wine. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room with a sofa & kitchenette. River view was beautiful. The most comfortable bed I think we have ever slept in. Very clean throughout. Just slightly away from the Ponte Luis I bridge so it was quieter, thankfully. Easy to get to & although facing a busy road, you couldn’t hear it once inside. Would highly recommend
