THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was incredible. They called 30min before check in to see if I needed anything then proceeded to book our tours, dinner reservations and was so incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and so comfortable. Another thing that stood out was that the owner was present, always seen in the lobby. What a great stay this was! Higly recommened.

The hotel is a gorgeous place and the location was excellent!!!! The room and facilities were exquisitely decorated and clean!!!! the entire staff was very friendly also the front desk, and restaurant staff including Lucia were amazing.
