If you’re looking for a hotel in close proximity to Porto’s heart then look no further. Rooms are quaint with all the amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Our room overlooked the river and beyond. Beds are super comfortable. Buffet breakfast is nice too with a good selection of pastries, meats, cheese, etc. No complaints, just an awesome hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Memoria. The hotel was very well maintained, very clean and quiet. Excellent location just a few steps away from the river. The staff was great, super friendly always there for guidance around the city and anything you may need during your stay. The daily breakfast was superb and everything was fresh and ready for you. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Porto especially if you want to be around the river. :-) thanks again Memoria!

We loved our stay here! The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They even packed us slices of cake and apples for our 5am departure as we had to catch a flight and miss breakfast. The breakfast was great too! And the rooms are clean and stylish.

Almost everything was excellent. My wife uses a cane in some circumstances and found the stone steps down to the breakfast room to be challenging with no handrail and a rough patch at the top. I understand these are about to be remedied.

The hotel has nice combination of old history and updated accommodations. It is somewhat difficult to get to with luggage but otherwise is located in a fantastic spot. We were able to park in a lot about 1 block away for a reasonable price. One can get to most of the best spots within a 15 minute walk.

The staff was great, the breakfast was great. They have coffee and snacks available all the time. The room was large and clean. The area is right on the water, so very convenient to shopping and dining. It felt very safe. There is a staff member at the door at all times, and they had great recommendations as to where to go and what to see. The shower was large and the water pressure was good (that's important to me). Overall a great place to stay, and our favorite place on our travels through Portugal.
