I don't like the room to be noisy. 1. Outside the street of vehicle passing through, we hears noisy car engine noise. I think that window are not welll insulated. 2. Ground level has bar, they open 7 am and drum music is clearly from bar restaurant.

A Good Spot In PORTO

I had a very comfortable stay. Getting into the bath for a shower was quite risky as there is quite a large spread across tub and surround, not so bad getting in but stepping out could be an issue if your foot still in the bath was to slip. Overall I was happy with the stay, room was very quite.

Great view and location. Hotel is very nice but needs some touch ups for the room (eg loose fooorboard and broken shower door). Overall, food for breakfast and quality of stay were very nice.

Beautiful but noisy

Beautiful and close to the city centre but a close by club plays music 24 /7 and you hear this even with headphones on. And they don’t have proper shampoo and no conditioner in the showers just soap. Clearly not a hotel for women.

This property claims to be a spa hotel. But they don't even offer robes or slippers in the room. They guilt you to not get your room cleaned. The spa is also closed two days out of the week but fail to inform you that. We also couldn't access the rooftop for dinner during our short stay because there was a staff party. Again, no mention of that or warning that it won't be available during our stay. We booked this for the spa and gorgeous rooftop but didn't get to use either one of those things. Staff were not helpful about this. The walk is also 15 mins just to the town but if you want to go see anything else you'll be walking up and down hills a lot. Or paying for taxis/uber a lot during your trip. You are better off staying in the heart of the town! There are lots of nicer spa hotels!
