The staff was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and front desk held our luggage until check in time. The room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in an excellent location. Very clean and new. Outstanding.

The hotel was excellent in a great location. The only cons were the gym and the pool which were very small and not at the same level as the rest of the hotel. Overall a great experience !

Getting to the hotel from the airport was a challenge (in the rain) as the city had just implemented a ban on driving in the central area. Our driver could not get us to the door, but the hotel did send a staff member to help us with our luggage from a block away.

Excellent stay. Great property with a friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to everything but quiet too. Great amenities and just wish we taken better advantage of the pool and spa. I’d definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of town. Walkway. There is a Parking close by. Hotel adds a discount at the end of stay. There isn’t parking in the property because it’s a walking street. Great ambiance, good breakfast, clean.

What a wonderful hotel within walking distance to everywhere you want to see. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend and hope to return to this hotel one day.

What a wonderful place to stay. It is in the center of everything you want to see. I love that it is walkable. The staff and room were superb. We also enjoyed the breakfast and VIP perks. Highly recommend this hotel.
