Lost item at the hotel.
Someone stole my pajamas from my bedroom. On my first night, the room was unbearably hot, and they couldn’t adjust the temperature. They offered to move me to a different room the next day, so I packed everything. After my shower, I hung my pajama dress in the bathroom and completely forgot about it.
That evening, once I was settled in the new room, I realized my pajama dress were missing. I immediately notified the staff, but they claimed no one had seen them. They never found them. I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels and have never lost anything—If I’ve ever left something behind, it has always been returned.
This was a very unpleasant experience. It has now been almost two months, and no one has contacted me or taken any action. I was so disappointed that, on my way out, I even opened both my and my son’s suitcases at the front desk. I still don’t understand how they can simply tell me that no one saw my pajamas. It’s unbelievable. Based on this experience alone, I will NOT recommend this hotel and will choose to stay elsewhere in the future. The lack of accountability and follow-up is unacceptable, and this experience has left a very negative impression.
