Large apartment, good location. We felt the little things were missing. Has potential to be a lot better. We got there early. Close to noon. The apartment wasn’t ready understandably. Came back at 3:30 which we felt was very close to the 4:00 o’clock check in. They asked us to come back at 4:00 by which time there were 3 other families ahead of us. So we ended up getting checked closer to 5:00.

I would like to start with saying that the staff were pleasant. Although it was not an issue for the size of our children we should note that the “sofa beds” do not fold out so they are essentially smaller that a single bed if they are not pushed together. The kitchens were equipped with everything one would need. Overall the cleanliness was adequate but you could notice staining on the sofas.

The property was in a good area, walkable to a lot of the sites. It was clean and well equipped with anything that a family of four would need. Lenore at the front desk was somewhat helpful and gave us some good tips on check in. Few areas that need improvement: we were given very little insight on the apartment or the area unless we asked. The area was very loud at night, including several barking/fighting dogs outside. Obviously this is not in the control of the property, but they may need to look at some soundproofing of the windows. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. All in all, it was a good, clean, safe stay but nothing particularly great.

Great location, near Bolhao market, can walk to everything (20 min to get to the water), clean appartment and big enough for a family of 4 with 2 soon to be adults. Garagem Porto D’ouro right in front was a good place to park.

Very good apartment hotel

Victor at the front desk is helpful and friendly. The room is super clean, well equipped, and with fresh and cool air. The only weird thing is the sink in the bathroom. It’s tiny, and I don’t see how anyone can wash his face there.

Close to the Centre and attractions. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The apartment is a good size and plenty of space. Had everything you would need if you wanted to cook of were there for a longer stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
