Exemplary Hotel. All staff were authentically very helpful and kind. You felt they cared and wanted you to have a great stay. Lovely young team of staff. Worked extremely well and organised ballon’s and cake for a birthday celebration surprise. The location must be one of best spots to stay as the view down the Douro to the Bridge are iconic! Definitely worth going up to the rooftop bar to see. We were in a Junior Suite and found the river views mesmerising with the changing colours. Room very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Great to have a mini kitchen although we didn’t need to use it. Breakfast was delicious. Great cooked options. Omelettes were delicious and perfectly cooked. Morning staff were very happy and helpful every morning. Spa /Sauna were great facility to wind down after a day of walking and sightseeing. Meticulously clean. Staff helpful The Gaia location was fantastic for Port tasting as only needed to walk a short distance back. Being close to the Mercado was also brilliant too. Stayed previously in two other lovely hotels in Porto but Rebello is where I will book to return to stay and highly recommend it. Thank you for making our Porto trip PERFECT

I had noise issue the first night however Soraia at the front was able to change our room and from then on everything was fine. Big thanks to Soraia and Rui for swift and efficient response to our needs. Overall, great stay. Our room #103, had a beautiful river view and was clean.

Great hotel with lovely rooms. Location is very good, away from the busy tourist areas of Porto. The only slight negative point is the fact that you are asked to book a 45 min slot for breakfast each day.

My stay at The Rebello Hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location overlooking the Douro River, offering stunning views of Porto. It’s also conveniently close to many points of interest, making it an excellent choice for exploring the city. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderfully serene, providing a quiet retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. One highlight was our spacious two-bedroom room, which included a fully equipped kitchen and a large patio—perfect for relaxing while enjoying the scenic views. It felt like a home away from home with all the comfort and privacy we needed. The Christmas lunch, however, fell a bit short of expectations. While it was enjoyable, the selection was limited, especially considering the price. It didn’t quite deliver the festive or indulgent experience I had hoped for. Overall, The Rebello Hotel is an excellent choice for its location, comfort, and tranquility. With slight improvements to its dining options, it could elevate the guest experience even further.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were wonderfully stocked with everything you need, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and the spa was a perfect way to relax. Our room had a wonderful view of Porto across the river. It's a walk, anywhere from 20-30 minutes, to get to Porto city center. You can also take the gondola or funicular to the top of the city,

The staff was absolutely incredible. They were very professional, very courteous and always willing to help; and with a smile. The only thing we would have liked was to have the streaming apps on the TV lol; some Netflix was missed. But really, a wonderful location. I highly, highly recommend it. And I never write reviews!
