Great experience! Loves exploring the city from the central location, then when needing to recharge, going to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of variety in options, and a great start to the day. Staff were so friendly, so welcoming.

Great hotel with great amenities and service. Only complain was that the AC was not working for the 3 nights we stayed there. We even asked them to fix it and they came and did some work but the temperature never cooled down. Other than that nice hotel, good location and great staff. Breakfast was very good and they have nice coworking spaces where I took some meetings and also a gym.

We had the pleasure of experiencing The Social Hub for the first time, and it truly surpassed our hopes. The Social Hub Porto, being a new establishment, is managed by a remarkably wonderful team; everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we felt they were always willing to assist. All requests were handled promptly and without any difficulty. I always take note of the cleanliness in public spaces, such as bathrooms, restaurants, and corridors, and everything was impeccably maintained, just as depicted in the images. The rooftop bar is a fantastic feature of the hotel, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices to energize you for the day.

Excellent team, clean and free laundry!

Loved staying at The Social Hub in Porto. Location is good, rooms are clean and the team there is excellent. Breakfast was worth the spend (imo) and really took advantage of the free laundry and co-working spaces. Would definitely be back, given the chance.

Great hotel but the idea that there’s a pool is completely misleading. It’s a very small “pool” where only a few fit to have a drink. Nothing to really swim or move around in.

Good location with a variety of tube stations nearby. Size of pool disappoints (40cm deep, 2m wide, 8m long) so cannot be used to swim. Didn’t try any hotel food other than snacks as good local options available including supermarket in same development.

Fab hotel in a great location

Really interesting hotel in a great location with super friendly staff. Mix of business and pleasure meant some great facilities. Rooftop bar and swimming pool were fab. Room was large and there was a great shower. Had a wee bit of an issue with the air conditioning (but that was probably me!!) and the pillows were a bit soft but did spoil my stay.
