Ótimo custo benefício
Estamos acostumados a hotéis all inclusive. Então essa avaliação vai ser comparando a outras experiências que tivemos. Viemos com uma expectativa de moderada pra baixo, visto que o hotel não é de uma grande rede. Porém nós surpreendemos muito positivamente. Os quartos são amplos, o hotel é bem limpo. Não faltam funcionários para limpeza. Sempre há alguém passando pra recolher talheres, copos, pratos em todos os locais. Um ponto muito positivo é que, apesar de estar lotado o hotel para o reveillon, não enfrentamos fila nos bares. Sempre havia muitas pessoas atendendo. A estrutura de praia é excelente, sempre com locais pra sentar. Piscina muito boa com brinquedos infantis. Comida não foi a melhor que já comemos, mas era saborosa. Fui preparado para beber uma cerveja qualquer e me surpreendi com Heineken. Sorvete bola e picolé liberado todos os dias à tarde pra criançada. Ceia, show e fogos do reveillon sensacionais! Mega estrutura, camarão, lagosta etc... Mandaram muito bem! Como pontos a melhorar, achamos o restaurante apertado e muito quente. Vimos que o hotel está em expansão construindo mais quartos, mas vai faltar mobiliário pra piscina. Hoje já não comporta, acho que ficará pior. No mais, foi uma excelente estadia. O que define o hotel é o seu custo benefício. Não venha esperando uma mega estrutura tipo Iberostar. Vindo com uma expectativa bem alinhada vc vai se surpreender como minha família.

Experiência no Coroa Vermelha
Estadia boa, quartos limpos, funcionários cordiais, e estrutura bem organizada. O ponto que pecou foi a qualidade da comida, pelo valor pago poderiam oferecer maior qualidade nos pratos oferecidos e o hotel está a 18 km do aeroporto, então, o táxi não será a melhor opção por andarem com bandeira 2 pela localidade.

Passamos dias de muito descanso e diversao no hotel. Estávamos com nossa bebê de 5 meses e ja nos forneceram o berco no quarto conforme solicitamos. A comida é boa e sempre tem algo para beliscar. O club de praia tem bastante sombra, o que foi importante para ficarmos com o bebe. O unico ponto de melhoria é a internet. O wifi funciona muito mal (ou nem funciona) nos quartos terreos.

Pior hospedagem. Não vale o investimento
A pior hospedagem da minha vida. Atendimento da recepção é bem ruim. Pessoal despreparado e com má vontade. Me colocaram em um quarto atrás do bar da piscina, onde o som era num volume altíssimo. Solicitei a troca de quarto porque sou autista e tenho limitações no processamento sensorial e me informaram que a governança se recusou porque o hotel estava cheio. Porém eu sei que foi má vontade porque vi que vários quartos estavam sendo limpos e ainda não tinham sido ocupados. Uma total falta de respeito, e estou estudando processar esse hotel. passei mal, tive enxaqueca, vomitei e fiquei completamente desregulada. não consegui ficar no quarto. Tive que sair do hotel e ficar fora até às 22h, quando desligaram as caixas de som. O Banheiro com aspecto de sujo, os rejuntes do box um nojo, cama e travesseiros ruins. As bebidas alcoólicas são de baixíssima qualidade, picolés e sorvetes péssimos, pizza gordurosa e hambúrguer tipo sadia. Ou seja, alimentos que você não compraria para consumir.

Excelente Hotel
Hotel muito bom. Pessoal muito educado e atencioso. A limpeza muito boa também. Comida e bebida excelentes. Algumas apresentações a noite deixam a desejar. E no Sábado a noite não tem nenhuma apresentação. Precisam aumentar a quantidade de cadeiras preguiçosas na praia e também na piscina.

Custo x benefício EXCELENTE
Instalações me surpreendeu logo na chegada, tudo muito bonito e limpo, atendimento exemplar dos funcionários, procuram resolver todo e qualquer problema, custo x beneficio excelente, o resort não é tão grande como outros que ja estive, mas atendeu minhas expectativas, com uma excelente estrutura na praia.

O check in foi um pouco tumultuado. Deveriam programar melhor esse processo, como por exemplo, distribuir senhas para os hóspedes para facilitar e evitar aglomeração em torno do balcão de atendimento. Um ponto negativo é a sauna do hotel que não funciona mais. É uma pena um hotel do porte do Coroa vermelha não possuir uma sauna para o conforto de seus hóspedes. No mais, é um bom hotel com uma boa estrutura e funcionários atenciosos e educados.
