My room was awful. Mold in the shower area horrible bed, sink clog. Housekeeping walked in with a DND in the door and left puddles of water all over. One bed, its foot brook. One ac, wasn’t working properly. Very good and varied food in the main restaurant. Long lines and disorganized at the other places to eat. All you can drink😊. Very family oriented. A lots for kiddos to do. Just not lucky with my room

Ficamos no quarto Superior, que tem a melhor localização do resort, fica proximo de tudo, são quartos amplos com muitos travesseiros e bom colchão. As bebidas são sempre geladas e tem muita variedade. Sugestão para o restaurante é fazer carnes na chapa, fazer macarrão e risoto onde o cliente monta com os ingredientes que cliente escolher. O beach club fecha muito cedo as 14h, poderia ir até 16h. Pontos a melhorar: tem poucos banheiros na área comum. O hambúrguer acabou antes do horário de fechamento (22:00).

Gostei muito da estrutura do Resort La Torre, das áreas de lazer e da proposta do lugar. No geral, a experiência foi boa e o resort tem muitos pontos positivos. No entanto, fiquei decepcionada com o serviço de Guest. Algo que deveria ser simples acabou mostrando falhas no atendimento, que além de moroso se mostrou ineficiente. Fiz um pedido muito básico: que um pequeno bilhete escrito por mim fosse transcrito e colocado no quarto do meu irmão no momento do check-in. Infelizmente, algo tão simples não foi atendido como solicitado. Em um resort desse padrão, espera-se atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com pequenas gentilezas que fazem diferença na experiência do hóspede. São justamente esses cuidados que ajudam a tornar a estadia realmente especial.

A praia era quentinha e tranquila. Mas a gastronomia realmente é a melhor parte. Ja estive no enotel e no grand palladium embassai mas nenhum conseguia manter a qualidade que esse resort oferece. Alem disso pudemos comer nos dois restaurantes e todos ofereceram experiências incriveis. O entretenimento tambem agradou muito (show toda noite) e os dribks sao bons ate pra quem nao consome alcool.
