Razoável,custo benefício!

O hotel é bem simples, desde o quarto que é sujo,teve vazamento no banheiro do quarto de cima e o ar condicionado ficava vazando no quarto. . O café da manhã era simples demais. Os funcionários são simpáticos, a piscina é gostosa,lugar tranquilo. Preferi não tirar foto do local.

Para ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito! O Hotel não condiz com as fotos, as instalações são antigas e sujas. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava e mesmo diante do aviso na recepção, não enviaram ninguém para analisar ou para nos trocar de quarto. O telefone não funcionava e tivemos que ir várias vezes até a recepção para efetuar a reclamação do ar, que mesmo assim não foi atendida. Resumindo, nem se me pagassem eu voltaria neste hotel.

Lugar horrível

Lugar horrível, meu vaso tinha vazamento e não arrumaram, assim como também não trocaram a gente de quarto. Tudo velho e sem manutenção, mofo na cortina. Infelizmente é um lugar mal cuidado, pelo valor tem como encontrar algo muito melhor. Não recomendo.

Boa noite! Vou fazer uma critica construtiva. Nao fiquem chateados, sou cliente deste hotel anos, na epoca que era Oceano Porto. Ja fazia uns 3 anos que nao ficava ai, e descobrir que esta sobre nova administração, na antiga administração nao tive problemas, ai faltou toalhas de banho pros hospedes, nao deram sabonetes extras, fiquei sem ir pro Arraial a noite porque so tinha 1 ferro e 2 secadores pra muitas.quantidades de hospedes. O atendimento na recepção em especial o Daniel que trabalha a noite, aquele rapaz tem fulturo, se eu tivesse.uma empresa faria uma boa proposta a ele. Ele trabalha com amor e dedicação, a respeito do cafe, as meninas precisam arrumar melhor a mesa, o queijo e prejunto cortador super grossos e mai dividimos, mamao nao estava maduro pra servir, faltou a faca de cortar pao na mesa, o suco poderia ser natural. Mais apesar de todas essas coisas, ainda reservaria com voces
