I had stayed in this hotel about 18 years ago and my experience had been superb. So I decided to not look at any of the reviews and just book it. Mistake!!! The property needs major renovations, its in the same condition it was from 18 years ago. The rooms are small, the AC units drip, bathroom is very old, the room we stayed in faced the street which was super loud. The hotel charges for everything even towels. They charged us for cups that we used from the fridge to drink water. Terrible experience. There were so many nicer hotels around the area.

Nice hotel with a very nice pool. Very good breakfast. My only complain is that I had to go down the stairs carrying my luggages. I fell down and I hurt my leg. They should have an easy access for guests on the 2nd floor especially during check in and check out. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous to carry the luggages down the stairs.

Foi uma Boa estadia. PONTOS POSITIVOS: *Equipe muito simpática e educada. *Roupas de cama e banho Muito Limpas e cheirosas. *Piscina e áreas comuns Muito Bem cuidadas. * Quarto espaçoso e bem ventilado. * Ar-condicionado silencioso e novo. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: A piscina NÃO É Aquecida. No Quarto só tem 1 TOMADA. NÃO tem Tapioca no café da manhã.

Hotel é mais antigo. Café da manhã bem gostoso! Atendimento deixou a desejar. Eu como trabalho com marketing espero que o atendimento seja feito não apenas para satisfazer, mas para surpreender. A internet estava péssima e ficou 2 dias totalmente sem internet. Eu uso internet para trabalhar e solicitei na recepção. Não houve nenhuma movimentação para me ajudar. Apenas falaram que está com instabilidade e só. No geral, foi tudo ok. Mas não voltaria não

Hotel bom com péssimo café da manhã
Quarto de tamanho muito bom, limpeza excelente, falta um espelho e tem vários lugares para colocar. Local bem localizado de fácil acesso a tudo. Decepcionante foi o café da manhã: 01 único sabor de iogurte(morango), folhados, bolos e salgados horríveis. O que se come é pão( de padaria), frutas, presunto e queijo. Tinha um cucuz de milho, este fez a diferença, muito bom; agora o cucuz de tapioca somente no último dia realmente estava apto para comer. Ir a Bahia e não ter tapioca no café da manhã é deplorável. Lembrem-se: pode ter poucas opções, mas estas tem de ser as melhores.

No geral a estadia foi ok, limpeza do quarto, atendimento da recepção, etc ... Café da manhã as frutas são ótimas, as massas não curti muito, achei meio "abatumado" porém isso é gosto particular. O que de certa forma me decepcionou, foi que não forneciam água quente ( para chimarrão ) e tbm precisava para fazer mama para minha filha ... Fomos informados pelo pessoal que era 4,00 pra encher a garrafa termica na cozinha. Até que outros hóspedes nos informaram que o hotel fornecia uma chaleira elétrica ao custo de 10,00 ( para a sua estadia) aí ficou melhor , mas já estávamos a 3 dias nessa da garrafa.( Acho que pode melhorar nesse sentido, informando que há essa possibilidade ao hóspede na chegada. No demais o hotel é bem bom, a localização é boa, ficaria outras vezes.

O hotel possui uma estrutura incrível. O quarto era grande e as camas extremamente confortáveis. Os banheiros eram bons, mas ficou a desejar um pouco a limpeza dos banheiros, mas nada que incomodasse muito. O café da manhã era excelente e com uma grande variedade.

Ótimo hotel!
Ótimo hotel com muito boa localização. Adoramos a praia em frente que tem um bar muito bom e com preço razoável. Não temos nenhuma reclamação em relação ao hotel. O único problema é não ter secador de cabelo fixo no quarto, temos que pegar na recepção e devolver depois que utilizar. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Achei muito boa a estadia no Porto das Naus! O atendimento foi maravilhoso, e a localização também muito boa! Minha única queixa de lá são as opções de brinquedos para criança, é bem limitada.
