You feel you are in paradise at the moment you check-in. The staff is extremmaly friendly and nice. They meet you by name, always check if everything is fine. The pousada is very cozy and clean. I loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea.

Wonderful stay
This guesthouse is wonderful. The owners have taken great care to design an intimate yet casual environment, set in well maintained grounds with a nice swimming pool. It is a 5 min walk to the quadrada (the only place in town for restaurants and shopping) and a 10 minute walk to Trancoso beach. I saw a few negative reviews about the pousada breakfast, but i thought it was excellent - this is charming yet slightly rustic Trancoso, if you want an all-you-can-eat buffet with all mod cons then perhaps Las Vegas is instead the place for you! Personally I prefer Trancoso….

Pousada maravilhosa! Pensem em um local acolhedor! Eu simplesmente amei. A dona do estabelecimento e os funcionários são muito atenciosos, os quartos são amplos e muito limpos. O local dá muitas dicas dos melhores estabelecimentos para vivermos o melhor de Trancoso em poucos dia de estadia, que foi o meu caso. A pousada fica próxima ao quadrado e ao mesmo tempo com aquele som da natureza que amo. Custo benefício excelente!

Friendly people and very pleasant owners and staff. Garden and breakfast room very nice. Room is basic and this is an expensive area and so its not the best value for money...but thats the same in the other pousadas too. They run transportation to and from main bit of town in the evenings, nice if you not very good at walking. Its very generous on their part as the walk is not long. A/c in room was bit noisy and intense and so couldnt find the right levels in this room. Not had a problem in other places,so this made sleep not so good. Its a safe and warm place to stay with a happy and welcoming group of people. Cleaner seems pro, i saw her ironing on the sheets and she knows her job. Bus leaves to Caraiva at 8.30am, we heard it was 8am, its not. So if you going to Caraíva you got time to grab a quick bite and then leave 8.10, walk and get bus. Its quiet at night here and so no road or people noise disturbing sleep. Good location for the walk to beach, its a bit of a walk,but not bad really (unless you got bad legs).

I had a fantastic stay at Pousada Jardim das Margaridas! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was clean/comfortable and the communal space was beautiful. It was easy to walk to the beach or quadrado. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I loved the Posada. Everyone and everything their was great. We had an awesome time! It really feels like you’re at home. The staff is very sweet, always had great recommendations. The check in and check out was so smooth. Would recommend this posada. It is located in a great location very close to the Quadrado and the Plaza where you can find tasty eats!!! Will defined miss this place and the lovely staff as well as Sofia❤️

Tudo foi incrível. Do Check-In ao check-out. Os donos, os funcionários, todo mundo é extremamente agradável e simpático. A Sophie, o Pierre, a Camila, a Fernanda, a Cida, a Jenny. O quarto, bem, eu nem sei descrever o quarto, é perfeito! Cama com voal, colchão confortável, travesseiros idem. Chuveiro separado do reservado. A piscina é linda, o paisagismo da pousada é de tirar o fôlego. Tudo extremamente de bom gosto. O café da manhã é divino, com opções servidas individualmente a mesa e uma mesa de frios e pães separada. A pousada serve alguns drinks e sanduíches que são uma ótima pedida, pois tudo em Trancoso é bem caro e na pousada o preço do cardápio é muito justo. Só tenho uma coisa a dizer: Fique aqui e apaixone-se, assim como eu.

Ficar na pousada Jardim das Margaridas foi excelente! Localização próxima ao Quadrado, rua tranquila, ambiente agradável e idêntico às fotos! Café da manhã excelente e ainda havia um café da tarde muito agradável no fim do dia… Mas, sem dúvida, o ponto alto da pousada é a equipe extremamente atenciosa e sempre com boas dicas de passeios e restaurantes! Passamos a lua de mel na pousada e voltamos para comemorar 10 anos, eles foram super amorosos e simpáticos desde o primeiro dia! Recebemos um upgrade pela comemoração e a suite master é incrivel! Meu marido, meu filho adolescente (16) e eu ficamos quatro dias na pousada no final de julho. A estada foi incrível, fomos muito bem recebidos por todos e super bem tratados todos os dias. Eu estava receosa, pois era a primeira vez que meu filho ficaria em uma pousada, e ele é bem urbano, adora hotéis grandões. Mas ele amou. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, caseirinho, mas super gostoso. Não deixe de provar todas as tapiocas. Até o ovo mexido tem um toque especial. O café da tarde é outro diferencial, os hóspedes já ficam esperando o horário do bolinho. A Sophie é muito atenciosa e a Camila, além de querida, tem muitas dicas para dar sobre o que fazer por lá. O ambiente é bem natureza, bem relaxante, cheio de cantinhos gostosos para curtir um livro, por exemplo. É bem perto do Quadrado, dá para ir caminhando, que foi o que fizemos todos os dias. Realmente, uma experiência maravilhosa.

A pousada é muito boa. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Destaque para Camila que nós atendeu mto bem. Pousada perto do Quadrado. Possui uma piscina linda, porém não muito usada. Ficamos 3 dias na pousada e não vimos ninguém utilizar a piscina. Deixamos como sugestão a possibilidade de colocarem máquina de aquecimento na piscina e também um bar com possibilidade de consumo de bebidas, para que a pousada fique mais agradável do que já é. Os donos são muito gentis e prestativos. Agradecemos !
