Bom hotel
Bom hotel. Passando por reforma, quarto bom, cama Queem. Todo reformado, Recepção precisa melhorar muita, falta de informação,ex: tem um Du Bochecha que toca toda sexta e sábado no hotel não fui informada, teve uma inauguração do quiosque do hotel com música ao vivo e roda de samba também não fui informado e outras coisas. Piscina boa grande porém com as bordas sujas. Café da manhã repetitivo precisa melhorar. Fiquei 5 dias no hotel. Camareira limpeza nota 10, atendente do bar da piscina a Lu nota 10 a Limpesa do hotel em geral nota 10 gerente comercial do hotel Jerusa muito receptiva atenciosa com hospedes nota 10.

Lugar maravilhoso, como estava em dias de chuva, eu e demais hóspedes enfrentamos problemas para transitar pelo hotel, pois os quartos ficam bem distantes das instalações do hotel. É o primeiro hotel que não há telefone no quarto, muitas dúvidas, como a falta de internet no quarto, deixei sem resolver pra não precisar voltar na recepção.

Que boa surpresa em Porto Seguro. O hotel, aparentemente, está passando por reforma, mas a cordialidade e hospitalidade de todos os funcionário, certamente, fizeram a diferença. Quartos limpos e confortáveis, equipe prestativa e educada, excelente localização.

Hotel se esforça para melhorar , mas primeira impressão é a que fica. Ao fazer o check in fiquei assustado com lustres com teias de aranha bem acima de minha cabeça, no saguão. Não sei tb quem teve a ideia de colocar portas de vidro na entrada dos quartos , pois além de vc ouvir tudo no corredor e nos quartos vizinhos, estão sempre sujos devido a manuntecao ser bastante difícil. Equipe muito boa de atendimento, café da manhã muito bom. Levem água, pois após 22 hrs tem que sair p comprar caso estejam com sede.

Gerente Cláudia e atendentes (recepção Taty) equipe de recreação estão de parabéns. o Hotel ainda tem o desafio de melhorar a estrutura (especialmente para dias chuvosos). Contudo o esforço dos funcionários para atender superou as expectativas.
