I forgot my shorts on the room and did call them to recovery it but they said is nothing in the room witch is not true, the housekeeping was extremely rude with me, I will never recommend they services.

Não tenho o que reclamar. Gostei muito da hospedagem. Os funcionários muito prestativos, limpeza do local estava boa. Roupas de cama, colchão e travesseiros novos. A TV funcionava bem. A piscina estava limpa. A única coisa que pode melhorar é o café da manhã, achei muito básico e repetitivo ao longo dos dias.

Má administração. Desrespeito e descortesia.
Não gosto de fazer críticas negativas, mas nesse caso sou obrigada. Após esperar pela liberação da casinha, fui informada que deveria ocupar outro local. A casa que recebi para 4 pessoas, estava escura, mal conservada, cortinas sujas e rasgadas, sem lençóis em duas camas, as torneiras pingando, o acendendor elétrico do fogão emitindo barulho, banheiro encardido e sujo... tudo muito ruim. Reclamei na recepção, solicitei a limpesa da casa e nada foi feito, com exceção da reposição das três lâmpadas queimadas. Em duas noites de hospedagem não houve limpesa, tivemos que nos cobrir com cangas e desligar o acendedor eletrico. Lamentável um hotel que está classificado como "ótimo", "fabuloso" não se preocupar com o bem estar dos seus hóspedes. Vila Miola Hotel? Nunca mais!

Boa localização , mas precisa de cuidados.
Pontos Positivos:Quarto amplo com closet , e um bom chuveiro, apartamentos com varandas e bom ar condicionado.Café da manhã muito bom , itens e frutas variadas, restaurante com opções boas a valores acessíveis .Funcionários educados e proativos , preocupados em atender da melhor forma.Disposição dos aptos é boa , há privacidade. A manutenção do hotel é muito ruim, torneira do banheiro solta , dançava, registro da água no box solto caia toda hora, faltava porta do box do banheiro,as roupas de camas horriveis cheia de manchas - chegando no apto solicitamos troca das fronhas rasgadas e lençóis muito manchados , que foram trocados pelos funcionários que se sentiram constrangidos, porém parecia que todo enxoval do hotel tinha aquelas condições ,as toalhas ralas e encardidas, muito velhas. Colchão velho, a capa do Mesmo rasgada.Cortina do quarto se desintegrando - rasgadas, em geral falta uma boa gestão , funcionários fazem o que podem mas falta alguém na direção resolvendo problemas estruturais graves.

Exelente localização. A acomodação é muito confortável. O hotel é muito agradável e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. A única ressava é o wi-fi que deixou a desejar - a TV é smart, mas com conexão ruim não adianta.

No geral a hospedagem foi ótima. Somente de manhã fica muito barulho na piscina e atrapalha quem quer dormir até um pouco mais tarde. O banheiro não tem um bom aspecto, pode ser por causa da luz usada, e precisa de manutenção no chuveiro. Mas gostamos da acomodação, fica em um lugar bem localizado, equipe muito bem educada e café da manhã bom.

Tolles Zimmer, Tolle Hotelanlage mit viel Potenzial. Allerdings gibt es ernste Probleme mit Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung. Beispielsweise hatte alle Handtücher und Bettlagen Löcher und Flecken, sowie das Wasser des Pools war dauerhaft weißlich trüb und es haben einzelne Fliesen gefehlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal wirkte freundlich und bemüht.

Ruim. Banheiro com vazamento no box que naofoi concertado e não ofereceram trocar de quarto. Hotel não tem política de silêncio após as 22h e deixa os hóspedes usarem som alto sem intervenção até altas horas atrapalhando o descanso dos demais. Ressalva para o café da manhã que é bom. Hotel barulhento. Não recomendado para quem quer descansar.
