Quarto de tamanho muito bom, ótimo banheiro. Pouca to mínima interação com funcionários, mais nada negativo. Café da manhã bom, com exceção das cascas de ovo encontrada todos os dias nos ovos mexidos. Considero o lugar bom, limpo, mais não extraordinário

I forgot my shorts on the room and did call them to recovery it but they said is nothing in the room witch is not true, the housekeeping was extremely rude with me, I will never recommend they services.

Tem pontos a melhorar, mas é uma boa opção.

No geral, foi uma estadia satisfatória. Nos momentos em que solicitamos, fomos bem atendidos pela equipe, com simpatia e respeito. O café da manhã não tem uma variedade enorme, mas é de boa qualidade. A estrutura do hotel não é nova e talvez demande alguns reparos, principalmente na piscina e nos banheiros. Matamos algumas baratas no apartamento e o cheiro delas no banheiro, vindo do ralo, estava bem forte. Resumindo, apesar de ter pontos a melhorar, é uma opção interessante de hospedagem.

Péssimo hotel

O quarto em que fui acomodado estava caindo aos pedaços. Sem manutenção devida. Cortinas rasgadas, lampadas queimadas, metais dos banheiros sem os acabamentos e enferrujados. Limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Alem de reclamar tive que brigar com os responsáveis pelo local para melhorarem e termos condições minimas para ficarmos hospedados. Cheguei tentar a mudar de quarto, mas as condições dos outros quartos era igual ou piores. Nao vale ondinheiro que pagamos. Me senti lesado e enganado.

Foi pior descanso em todos os anos.

Primeiro chegamos no hotel e não tem ninguem para levar as malas para o quarto,pois tudo é escada,o café da manha como é aberto para o publico,tem fila para comer,para limpar o quarto, vc tem que pedir,porém,nunca tem roupa de cama para trocar, depois as piscinas,que estão com o revestimento saindo,ja faltam vários,o pessoal que trata a mesma ,não limpa as bordas,os ralos das piscinas estão sem proteção, uma loucura,infelizmente tivemos uma noticia ruim do nosso estado e precisamos sair do hotel antes do periodo acabar,mostrei todas as provas que precisava sair por motivo de saúde, só fiquei 5 dias e não querem reembolsar as 6 dias que não usei,ta dificil,como me arrependo.

NÃO se preocupam com a limpeza e manutenção

Limpeza do quarto diária deixa muito a desejar. Eles não trocam as toalhas e nem os lençóis Muito morfo no banheiro, lençóis, ar condicionado. Falta de Manutenção nos quartos, muitas coisas quebradas e enferrujadas, capas de travesseiros rasgados. Banheiro bem ruim, com muita sujeira acumulada e box do banheiro quabrado

Hotel precisa de reparos

A localização é muito boa, a 200m da praia e próximo a barracas famosa. Os quartos são amplos, bem acima da média, porém o hotel é antigo e precisa de reparos... Chuveiro que não para de pingar, pia com vazamento, lençóis velhos, etc. O café da manhã é bom, mas sem variação, se for ficar muitos dias vai enjoar da comida. O restaurante só serve pratos rápidos, caros e mal feitos. As atendentes do restaurante não demonstram muita vontade de estar ali, parecem que estão ali obrigadas. Nas redondezas tem vários restaurantes mais baratos, supermercado e farmácia.

Pior estadia que ja tive

Péssima. Inicialmente achei q por 550,00 a diaria haveria estacionamento. Até tinha mas nao suficiente p todos os hospedes. Meu carro teve q ficar na rua. Ao entrarmos no quarto faltou : toalha de rosto, controle da tv e telefone. Com a chuva, a rua da frente alagou com agua na canela, impossível de deixar o carro sem ter q sair do mesmo com agua na canela. Piscina verde, suja e nem dava p ver o fundo... café da manha razoavel. Muito barulho.
