Horrible experience, Covid epicenter
If you're looking for a place that really takes covid prevention measures, look somewhere else. Not a single employee of this hotel takes it seriously. They mostly wear masks covering only the mouth. The breakfast buffet is a horror movie. No disposable gloves to get the items on the buffet. People sneezing on the food. I couldn't eat there a single day. Employees again with masks on the chin or just covering the mouth. There are signs everywhere saying that the use of mask is mandatory in common spaces, but none of that is enforced by the team. People are freely walking around, no masks. Upon check-in no one that was hanging around was wearing a mask and no one does anything about it. I complained MULTIPLE times in the reception about this and no one cared that much. On the last day, they said I could leave a feedback form in a box! After insisting, they said I could talk to Alexandre, the boss, but I didn't find him in time. Once or twice there was no alcohol sanitizer in the main dispensers. The swimming pool is often very very dirty by the end of the afternoon. The structure of the hotel is fine. But don't expect to have a good time there if you care for your health. The doors of the rooms are also not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours sometimes. The wifi in our bedroom also didn't work (room 630). Overall, horrible experience and don't plan to ever lay my feet on this hotel again.

The apartment we stayed wasn’t really clean, walls were dirty. They asked us to changed room because of a power outage but then a few hour latter there was a different family there. There was also open sewer line next to our new room with a terrible smell and rats!

Dias maravilhosos.
Ficamos hospedados neste hotel no feriadão de corphus chrysti e passamos dias maravilhosos apesar da chuva. Em frente ao hotel tem farmácia, restaurante, bares, mercadinho e sorveteria. É só atravessar a rua. Piscina grande e limpa, área kids uma graça, limpeza e atendimento excelente. Voltarei com certeza.

Logo de início me colocaram em um quarto bem simples, sem varanda e com janela para uma área onde dava para vários ar condicionados, o que não podia ficar a aberta devido ao barulho do ar condicionado. Como ficaria 7 dias e com uma criança logo no final da tarde solicitei a possibilidade de troca para um varanda. Logo fui bem atendido pela recepção que prontamente atendeu meu pedido para um quarto maravilho. Logo que cheguei no sábado, hotel estava bem cheio, com base na piscina. Mas do resto tudo muito bom, funcionários muito simpáticos, instalações muito bem cuidadas, limpeza dos quartos todos os dias, café da manhã muito bom.

A estadia foi boa! Dentro das expectativas. Pontos positivos: - Boa localização, apesar de não ser a beira mar. - Boa piscina. Mesmo em dias de chuva a água não esfriou muito. - Boa brinquedoteca. - Funcionários solícitos - Facilitaram o late checkout Pontos regulares e a melhorar: - Apartamento espaçoso, mas o ar condicionado era bastante barulhento. O sofá da sala bem desconfortável e o chuveiro poderia ter um box completo ao invés de apenas uma parede. - Café da manhã era bom, mas não excelente. Poucas opções de fruta e um funcionário fazia tapioca apenas 3x na semana. - O hotel em grande, mas é preciso realizar essas manutenções pras coisas não se deteriorarem
