Thr staff was very accommodating and nice. The place is run down. The chair in my room had big stains. The curtains were torn. The hotel is very dated.

The property was decently run down and under construction. The shower barely put out a trickle of water and the bed was squeaky. For $200+ a night, that doesn't seem like a good value.

Staff was able to get me checked in right away. However, the room was awful. Random mystery stains all over the bathroom light switches and bathroom walls. Used tissue shoved in the tissue box. Fire sprinkler in the bathroom was shoved in with spiders coming out. The bathroom water took 20 minutes to heat up and you have to turn it to "cold" for hot water. Can't adjust the shower head easily, infact, trying to turn it caused the shower head to come loose. The elevator sounds like it's hit with a baseball bat when it starts to move. Not a good experience, won't be staying again.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean but old and a little worn. Certain areas such as the pool were under renovations, and there was no breakfast at all. There was, however, a good diner within walking distance.
This is at Prescott Park. You cannot walk from the hotel but there was free parking on Pierce Island and it was a short walk to the park from there.
