The hotel is in a strange place surrounded by what appear to be abandoned office buildings. Sort of a strange location for a hotel to be, but nonetheless, this hotel was reasonably priced, had great amenities and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

The desk clerk did not give me rooms as requested in my reservation (side by side). TV did not work and two visits from desk clerk and her calls to tech for help could not resolve. They promised a discount to make up for it but none was given. The staff at front desk was extremely helpful and cheery! The room was pleasantly very clean and set up with a little couch right at TV. This was great for watching TV. The bed was very very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Portsmouth and even Kittery (not that far from the outlets)
