Rude woman at counter

Asked woman at front desk about parking for an additional vehicle, she said yes, $35, but 20 minutes later when my other vehicle arrived she told me sorry but you cant have 2 vehicles, and explained a parking lot that was over a mile away, then had to pay $70 to park it there, the woman behind the counter was very rude and unapologetic, i will never stay at flagship motor inn again

Room had old food under bed, that was visible when walking into it, trash in a draw. Bed was not very comfortable. Room was convenient to beach and attractions. Common areas outside were clean.

The property was fine. The room had what we needed. But, we arrived 2 hours before check-in and the manager told us our room was ready but asked for $20 cash if we wanted access. I’ve never seen this before. We refused and went the beach leaving everything in our car instead. Also, we had no housekeeping service whatsoever for our Mon-Fri stay. I had to ask for toilet paper, fresh towels, garbage bags, soap.
