Exceptional and excellent hotel. Very impressive

Fabulous. Best hotel ever. Exceptional service right from the start. Superb professional and impressive receptionist lady Shalom, who went out of her way to provide help in the most gracious keen to help ways. A fabulous full breakfast was brought to my room. Great ensuite with large bath + shower. Very warm. Lovely bedding and towels. Moments from the beaches with level walks. Quite exceptional. I will most definitely be back. Soon hopefully.

Fantastic value and room

Great value for a huge room, plenty of comforts including Jacuzzi. Only let down was all pillows are soft, a mix would be better and shower pressure was really poor. Perfect parking arrangements.

Quirky, great location

The staff were very helpful, breakfast a treat. The stairs a bit of a challenge but added to the English quaint hotel feel.

We were awakened after midnight by the room occupant from Next door shouting and banging on the door. I went out to see if I could help him and he was abusive to me and my partner. No one was on duty and eventually I just pushed the door and gained entrance for him. I the morning at breakfast he was again abusive and threatened us. One of the breakfast team witnessed this too. There wasn’t anyone on reception when we left to discuss it with. Unfortunate for the Hotel and lovely staff there.

Everything was fine except the level of noise. Several of the rooms have hot tubs / jacuzzies and we were kept awake until midnight because one antisocial pair had it running and we could hear the motor loud and clear. The staff were unable to deal with it. It is not acceptable. They need to put a curfew on the use of those facilities: perhaps from 10:00pm through until 9:00am the following day. We were not the only guests affected: one couple had been kept awake until 4:00am by their neighbours playing with the hot tub. They need to do something about soundproofing as well as imposing a curfew. I think they should pay compensation for the disruption!
