Most of the staff was lovely, however; there was a gentleman at the front desk that was making all the people who booked thu an app ( like Hotels.com) feel like liars, He was agitated and loud, stating that "Expedia does not pay the hotel, and that we need to pay at time of check in") Even if we had a paid receipt. It was embarrassing and handled in the worst way possible. I have no doubt that he was correct, but what a lousy way of handling it. We were with another couple who were appalled as well.

Great Hotel ocean front hotel at Hampton Beach! Nice , clean and friendly staff. On site parking included is nice! We have been coming here for 4 years and looking forward to our next stay this June and July!
