We stayed due to viewing properties in around the area great location. easy and lots of parking. breakfast all you need to start day, gets busy but plenty of seats and nice outside area. room was very spacious comfortable and all you need.

Room availability took too long

Arrived three quarters of an hour after check in time, was advised the room would be ready in ten minutes, fifteen minutes later another member of staff advised us the room would be ready in ten minutes. I told them we had already been waiting fifteen minutes, at which point I was told he had spoken to housekeeping himself and they had said ten minutes. We were offered on both occasions a free drink. Fifteen minutes later the room became available. This meant we had to wait half an hour. On check out I was advised that I had been marked down as a no show, the helpful receptionist corrected the error and apologised for the inconveniences of yesterday’s wait and the error on the system. Both receptionist yesterday were apologetic but I feel that the waiting time was unacceptable

A bit disappointing.

We were surprised there was no lift at the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the one we frequently use in Burnley. There was a lack of juice glasses and the staff didn’t seem able to replenish them quickly. There were apples and oranges but fresh fruit salad and grapefruit segments were not available. There was no member of staff to check you in to breakfast and it was very crowded. Parking was extra cost.
