Our room was quiet and comfortable. You could hear some outdoor traffic but nothing else bothersome! Pets welcome and there was a very well behaved one next door. Which was very nice. The room has some aged spots to it but we really didn’t mind as we had a wonderful short walk to the ocean and We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Our preferred place to stay in Hampton Beach. One block from the beach. They are investing in the property; improving the rooms and the grounds. Rooms are clean.

Liked proximity to beach, room was comfortable but small. Neighbors were noisy outside through the night. This was not the fault of Janmere. We have stayed before and look forward to our next stay.

We stayed off season, and it was really quiet, but that is one of the reasons why we came up to Hampton Beach during September. My room was clean, spotless from top to bottom, with great bathroom amenities. Our first night, however, the water in the bathroom was boiling hot, no real cold water, which made it impossible to take a shower.-there were also some loud people in the room next-door to us, which is really funny because other than us, there was probably only two other rooms that were occupied, one next to us being the one that was the loudest. They carried on pretty late for a Monday night, causing us not to be able to get to sleep. However, in the morning, the staff was quick and eager to move us to a new room, across the way, so we had a peaceful quiet night the second night we were there. This room was equally clean and spotless. There are also coffee and tea available 24 hours and every place is the area in walkable from Janmere.
