Its not an expensive stay & so didn't expect much as far as the room or amenities. It was booked just for sleeping overnight. Room was clean, the guy at the front desk was nice.

Great old School Motel with Updated vibes. Rooms very clean, beds comfy with 4 pillows and a cozy blanket a plus. The shower with great water pressure and hot. Mini frig and microwave was great just bring your own coffee. Great location and ample parking. Area centrally located to all great points of intrest in NH and Maine. Front desk Sammy and Family do a great job with continuous improvements on the horizon. Enjoyed my stay and felt safe but would love if security locks would be placed for extra safety in the future especially for those who travel alone. Will return again

We stayed here to go to the track the next day. The room was fine for what we needed. Shower was excellent. My only issue was I chose to pay at the property and they didn’t use the card I gave them in person they used the one Expedia had to hold the room. Also there’s no parking if you have a truck and trailer- we had to park down the road and walk back.

We were greeted by a live mouse in the bathroom wastebasket upon arrival. Mattresses well past expiration date. Guest in the next room kept us awake all night yelling at his television, which was at high volume. Excessively bright exterior lighting illuminates room even with curtains drawn.

Stayed Sept 18th...For a cheap place to stay this place was great queen bed was comfy and room was very clean. Our bathroom was a little small but efficient.very quiet would definitely stay again..Close to all the things to do in area. Found a great pizza place in hampton beach across from wallies pub.
