The staff was so very pleasant, welcoming and genuine to kindness. The room is extremely clean, colorful and a place i am extremely happy to be coming back to tonight. Stay here and enjoy the beauties of Hampton Beach.

Hampton Beach night

The room was about what you would expect for the location and the price. The bed was very comfortable the room had a refrigerator in the microwave. Was only there one night and did not use the shower so cannot comment on that. I will say the room did not have heat so if you’re going and it’s gonna get chilly at night be for warned.

Very moldy bathroom walls and tub. We had to go buy bleach and used flip flops to shower. The water in the tub backs up so the drains are not clear. The hot water was amazing. We used our own sheets (they have linen service it is not done in house. Thats a plus) for the price and a place to stay for a few hours it wasnt horrible. Oh bring your own towels too. Those were tiny.

Quiet. Very dirty floors. Smallest bathroom we’ve ever seen Unsafe shower basin. No clothes rack in closet. Terrible room.
