The lobby is staffed 24 hours with coffee and fresh popcorn. The morning meal always has plenty of choices and is constantly refreshed. The fire pit on the outdoor patio with the tables outside is a nice touch. I saw the lobby being vacuumed at least twice in three hours during the early evening shift. With Dunkin and CVS adjacent, what else is needed??

We solely intended to rent out a King Suite due to the hot tub in room despite that we traveled 2 hours. As we checked in, receptionist deliberately changed it to a standard King room. We were disappointed, it’s not worth coming back.

Very welcoming staff. Comfortable sitting spaces with a garden patio. Swimming pool was nice and towels and showers were convenient. Room was extremely comfortable with nice toiletries. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Local restaurants were recommended. Would stay here again !!

Great stay with some nice touches

Son and I drove back from a Red Sox game and needed a quick place to stop. Without extra clothes or toiletries, the toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom was a nice touch and unexpected. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Family of 3 take on NH/ME

Great place so close to many places of interest for us during this trip. Room was perfect for the three of us. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was the best way to start the day. Loved the open common space to enjoy some take out dinner and little game night.

Our room was very clean, but every time we entered there was an odor... Breakfast was delicious but when I asked for a glass of water they said I had to buy a bottle. I asked why there was not a pitcher out, she said they didn't have room... finally because I complained she gave me the bottled water for no cost.

Comfortable & convenient.

Very comfortable hotel and ideal for touring UNH. Hopefully sofa bed mattresses will be replaced soon as my son found the springs uncomfortable, but the staff was very accommodating in trying to make it better. Nice property, friendly staff.

We like the hotel. It was very strange that there was no one there when we arrived. Just a code. This presented a problem because I forgot to order a roll away bed for my 2 grown sons. In the morning one guy seemed to be doing everything but clean the rooms. I liked the hotel but without my sons I might have had trouble getting into my room. Beautiful site. Yummy breakfast. Comfy beds.

When i checked in the day of my reservation i was informed they rented my room w the whirlpool jaxuzzi tub to someone else, i had no kitchen no bathtub it was not the suite i booked and the woman at front desk told me thats what i get for booking w expedia and if i didn't like it she had people who wanted my room and i could go elsewhere. It wreaked of cigarettes stale 2nd hand smoke in my room. The pool was closed, it really sucked i want my money back. Im not happy at all.
