Hotel staff

Staff were rude and incompetent upon arrival and to our departure could not wait to leave. Beautiful hotel but staff were anything but ignorant. We are young students and were just looking forward two day relaxing far from this did we get.

Buena ubicaciĂłn y limpieza

El hotel estĂĄ bien ubicado, delante del mar, al lado de un parking gratis y de un supermercado. HabitaciĂłn amplia con balcĂłn. Limpio y tranquilo. El servicio de entrada y salida algo raro, ya que te entregan la llave sin verificar nada ni dar explicaciĂłn alguna. Y al salir lo mismo.

HĂŽtel bien placĂ©, belle vue sur le petit port. Pour avoir sĂ©journĂ© dans d’autres hĂŽtels 4 Ă©toiles en Croatie, celui-ci en vaut 3 et non pas 4. Petit-dĂ©jeuner identique chaque jour et sans effort de vrais produits rĂ©gionaux, odeur de cuisine dans la chambre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur bruyant (pas isolĂ© comme ils le sont gĂ©nĂ©ralement), ni thĂ© ni cafĂ© Ă  disposition. C’est dommage car il y a du potentiel pour faire beaucoup mieux.

Bra hotell för den som vill ha lugn och ro

AC:n Àr inte alls bra i rummen utan balkong. Det Àr en liten hotellfrukost med bara det mest nödvÀndiga. JÀttefin utsikt över havet precis i hamnen men en liten by och inte mÄnga resturanger i nÀrheten. Ett supermarket och en bankomat precis bakom hotellet var ett stort plus!!

Im Rahmen einer Rundreise durch Kroatien war das Hotel Lipa die teuerste Unterkunft, in der wir ĂŒbernachtet haben - unsere Erwartung war daher entsprechend hoch. Das Zimmer war sehr gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet. Es war sauber und das Housekeeping hat gute Arbeit geleistet. Bei Bezug des Zimmers ist uns allerdings schon ein etwas seltsamer Geruch aufgefallen - dieser entstand, wie sich spĂ€ter herausstellte, durch den Grill des Restaurants, der sich darunter befand. Dementsprechend konnte man die Fenster nicht auflassen, außer man wollte wie ein gerĂ€ucherter Lachs riechen. Die Badekleidung, die man zum trocknen rausgehĂ€ngt hat, hat natĂŒrlich den Geruch angenommen. Wir haben also die Fenster geschlossen gehalten und die Klimaanlage angestellt - diese hat aber auch irgendwoher KĂŒchengerĂŒche aufgenommen und in den Raum geblasen - und einwandfrei hat sie leider auch nicht funktioniert, bzw. gekĂŒhlt. Da es natĂŒrlich auch Zimmer gibt, die weiter weg vom Grill/Dunstabzug der KĂŒche liegen, dĂŒrfte das Problem wohl nicht in allen Zimmern vorliegen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck konnte leider hinsichtlich des Preis-Leistung-VerhĂ€ltnis auch nicht ĂŒberzeugen.
