Summary: Poor customer service and poor overall experience; do not recommend this property. My husband and I checked in late- exhausted from long day of travel and spending day with son @ local university. Access to side of building with code. No one’s to greet you, so no real check in-- as if you’ve walked into someone’s kitchen. We get to our reserved room about 9pm & the room wasn't cleaned from prior guests. We were confused & walked out to confirm property details. The time it took from our calling the information number to describe the problem, to folks coming to the room and changing linens, towels, empty trash bins and sweep/mop, we waited close to 30 min to get into our room. Reached out to the property owner/manager about the condition of the room and the wait. I asked for a partial refund of the $433 room charge. “Jess” responded “IT ONLY TOOK 12 MIN TO TURN THE ROOM OVER” so they wouldn't offer any discount for our inconvenience. Seriously? So, here’s what else we got for our $433 stay: In addition to WAITTING 30 MIN FOR THE ROOM TO BE CLEANED AT 9 PM, the door to the bathroom squeaked loudly, no hangers anywhere in the room, the blinds don't open/close properly and there were no washcloths/hand towels in the bathroom. In addition, property has no visible house number so difficult to find late evening. THIS PROPERTY WAS NOT WORTH $400+/nightly room rate. First & last stay. Regret this choice & will advice other families of our experience.
