ABVI New Paltz is a great spot to stay for a night or two while visiting the area. It is walkable to downtown and there are plenty of shops are restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and there is a limited Continental breakfast available. Front desk service is friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times over the past few years and would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic, no frills spot to have as a home base while they explore the Hudson Valley.

America's Best Value Inn lives up to its name. It is an excellent value for the quality of service we experienced and the comfort of the room we received. Our stay was pleasant and quiet. We've spent 2x or 3x for chain hotels that weren't nearly as clean or quiet as this hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again with my family.

The value for the price is excellent. Everything in the room works fine. My only complaint is that the mattress is very soft and lumpy. They probably should turn the mattress over. Other than that minor detail, everything is perfect and I would stay there again.

It was good all around and the staff was really nice. What stood out for me (because it is usually not the case at a hotel) is that there was a nice smoking area with a bench conveniently located, well lit, and comfortable.
