The hotel was sparsely occupied and we arrived a little early. Hoping to check in and get settled. We were told we would be charged $75 if we wanted to get into our room early. Even though The majority of rooms were vacant. In addition, they advertised an indoor pool but we were advised that the pool was likely too to cold use because it was not heated. The website highlighted and indoor pool for use. Lastly, the other buildings at the hotel appear to house weekly or monthly rentals and noise in the middle of the night was a problem.

The smoke detector in my room had a green LED that blinked every 20 seconds. It was barely noticeable during the day but at night time when it's dark it was exceedingly bright and very annoying to try to sleep through. The staff was courteous. The free included breakfast was sparse. No peanut butter. No plant-based milk option which I realize is a minor and common issue. The room was quiet. The lighting was dim and the plug location for charging your phone was awkward. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet quite small as well. Everything worked fine. I appreciate it having a refrigerator and the microwave.

The motel was disgusting. Dirty. The breakfast bar consisted of weak coffee and waffles. There were homeless people eating in the breakfast area which we thought was kind of the motel since it was -20 outside. There was n actually a mouser trap under the breakfast areal. But didnt do much to enhance our stay. I picked this motel because it was close to Vassa college which it was. I would expect that Expedia would do some research on the motels that they recommended.

I don’t know what they considered breakfast but boiled eggs, waffles, and juice and bagel is not it. There was no variety. There was no meat and the towel in my room was covered in hair I picked it up. I opened it to use after I got out of the shower and it was covered in hair. Absolutely disgusting I would not go back there.
