My room was not clean they never did in the time I did stay at this hotel. In the night I was in need of assistance I did call front desk ALL NIGHT FRONT DESK PHONE WAS BUSY. Was never able to have the help. Flies in my room it was disgusting.

Room was clean - staff friendly. The hot tub was out of order ( one of the reasons I had booked here instead of somewhere else that was a bit cheaper) Also, breakfast food is never labeled - I have some dietary restrictions and would like to know what the food is.

It was just ok. We knew ahead of time the hot tub was out of order but still frustrating. There are not nearly enough chairs in the pool area and I had to stand for a while. We also had to wait for them to refill The towels. The sausage could be cooked more. Check in took a very long time.
