I have one suggestion for improvement, the shower curtain is very nice but weighs down the curtain rod. So the rod sags in the middle and while you are showering the curtain slips towards the middle from both sides. It gaps on both sides, letting out water on the floor and letting in cold air during a nice warm shower. A holder for the rod in the center up to the ceiling would solve the problem.

I've been here several times for business trips and it's a great property. This time I was in a room that was excellent other than the bathtub that leaked. I could hear it all night until I fell asleep. other than that, it was great.

The girl at the desk seemed annoyed that I got there at midnight and she kept telling me that lost her glasses. She sent me to 309. The room was dirty. The bed was unmade. The bathroom had dirty towels. When I went back down she kept saying “I don’t have my glasses” why would that matter to me? She didn’t tell me where the elevators were I had to ask twice. It’s a holiday and she gave me a dirty room then was giving me nasty remarks. I think she her name was Dorita. Deretha, Whoever was working Friday morning at 12am the 29th of November. VERY poor customer service. VERY!

We were very happy with our stay. They had a nice variety for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had plans to walk the Hudson Walkway bridge and Sadie was so helpful with information on where to park and places to eat. So friendly! Our stay couldn’t have been any better.
