All was good , my only complaint was the breakfast. They charge $11 and there was barely anything to eat. They were out of practically everything and we got there at 9:30 and supposedly its until 10am. I was very disappointed. If I stay there again I will go somewhere else for breakfast

Blood Stain On Bedsheets

During our visit, I reported what appeared to be an old blood stain on the bedsheets of one of the beds in our room. I have attached photos as evidence. This was especially distressing as it was the bed my children were assigned to sleep in. Despite reporting the issue immediately, it took three separate complaints before someone arrived to provide full service. While I appreciate the courteous treatment from the staff, the delay and the nature of the issue were unacceptable.

internet access was obtained by signing in as a guest. Early check in was an option for 25 dollars extra. Advertised for free breakfast and at desk was told that needed to pay an extra 11 dollars for breakfast. The pool was very clean and water temperature was enjoyable. The premises are very sanitary and would come again for a stay.

Hotel is close to shopping /lots of outside restaurants nearby. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and there were two awesome bar tenders that stood out - George and his supervisor . Quick with the food orders and made some of the best apple martini - which we have not had in about 5 years. The hotel vibe was chill. Some issue with getting access to the pool area to where Maintenace had to be called because the keys were not working to enter the facilities - had to switch out but Front Desk resolved the issue immediately. Easy parking . Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Booked a two night stay. I prepaid through Expedia however when I checked in, the staff couldn’t get it to go through. She eventually was able to get it to go through however, she double charged me by using the credit card that I put on file for incidentals. The manager came over and said that she refunded me. I still have no refund and have been double charged. The reason for my stay was because it was 100° and my kids wanted to go swimming unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool. There were guests using the pool that were opening the side door to allow friends and family to come in to have a party the pool was overcrowded all the seats were taken. They were eating in the pool area. It was disgusting and unusable. This was never monitored. Nobody ever said anything to them. I watched his numerous people came to use the pool and had to turn right back around and couldn’t use it. It is not fair to other guest that it is not monitored and that that is allowed to go on. You should have to pay for a room to use the pool not have free access with one family member renting a room while they open the door to let you bring a crowd in to a pool where other people have paid to stay
