The exterior of property is run down and dirty. Room was clean but also out dated and rundown. Furniture was so dirty we didn’t want to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was great for the price range. All amenities, good location, staff was helpful. I would go back when I'm in New Paltz area. I especially enjoyed have a Keurig coffee maker in the room, very nice. Room was clean. I forgot to tip the cleaning staff, sorry.

Price was good. The room was spacious with king size bed, single pullout, and double pullout beds. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Shower had no shelves of any kind so soap, shampoo, etc. have to go on the floor. A bit weird. Had to request additional pillows. Staff was helpful and friendly. Biggest issue was the whole place reeked of mothballs.
