The food and free parking is why I keep comingback

Best breakfast ever, and very good restaurant for dinner as well. The food and free parking is why I come back to this hotel whenever I visit Poznan. It’s a long walk to downtown, but taxies are really cheap.

We stayed here for a night. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy parking right outside the hotel, or across the road in a large parking lot. The only improvement I'd suggest is for housekeepers to restock/refill things like hand soap more dilligently. All in all, perfect stay and will definitely stay here again and again. Thanks

The hotel advertises having air conditioning, this is not true. even in the summer you can only adjust the temp by a few degrees. and in spring it only heats the room. To say air conditioning is a blatent lie and false advertising. the rooms also dont have blackout cutrains. this 2 factors make it very hard to sleep even before i mention the pillows. the bedding is fine other than the pillows which are aweful. also i saw no sign of the turndown service advertised on hotels.com and the free stocked mini bar advertised has 3 small drinks inside. I would not stay again

By far the best place i stayed in. Super clean, very up to date rooms. Very comfortable. Free juice, pop and ice tea plus water for each guest. Big washroom. Very clean. No stains or cracks anywhere. It was money well spent.

We particularly enjoyed the service at the reception and the breakfast service. The breakfast buffet was also very appealing. The room furnishings are okay, but the windows are yellowed and our bedside lamp was already loose. These are things that could be avoided. We are coming back!

Disappointing

Disappointing- having to book times for sauna, as there is only one- they gym is not a gym- no free weights or treadmill- no Mat on the floor to workout - tiny hot room- poor poor- room was ok pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable, few tv channels about 20 mostly polish- nothing really international to note of- out side the road and hotel is having works completed and is so very dirty and noisy hotel is in a building site it seems - food is ok slightly over priced, restaurant not too much of atmosphere - breakfast is ok - not any out of normal.

dobry hotel na krótkie wypady.

ogólnie całkiem przyjemny hotel, gorszy dojazd i wyjazd. nie zdzierają na parkingu (to duży plus) jak znaczna część poznańskich hoteli. przydałaby się większa sala fitness i jakiś konserwator urządzeń, bo sprzęty nie w pełni sprawny, niewielkie defekty utrudniające a nawet uniemożliwiające użytkowanie.

Bonne prestation d'ensemble

Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé proche de la gare et pas trop éloigné du centre historique. Parking vaste appartenant à l'hôtel et gratuit. Service sympathique et efficace. Chambre vaste. A une marge de progression (réfrigérateur de la chambre vide, un peu vieillot et n'étant pas mis en fonction - personnel pas totalement bilingue -anglais de base uniquement)
