Pozos Vacation Packages

Staff was very tentative to any request

Excellent location, walking distance to really good restaurants. Little stores, pharmacy and parks. Parking space was a plus. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We are definitely going back and highly recommended.

The towels in the room were very old and dingy. They also smell bad. The facility was not kept up.

The hotel was in the perfect spot however the colonial style hotel doesn't have an elevator for luggage, it doesn't have parking and the staff recommends an extremely complicated parking place that saves you roughly $100 a day but its not worth because its so complicated to get there and walking through a tunnel back. The shower water pressure is extremely low and the hot water is not good.

Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was breakfast and I found it odd that the waitress would not leave cream for our coffee at the table.
