I loved the location. The staff was helpful. The mattress was very hard and didn’t get to to sleep well.

Beautiful hotel, well located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and popular landmarks, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and beautifully decorated, overall an outstanding stay, we will book here on our next visit.

We love everything! Location, the view from our room; it had balcony 😍 room was very spacious, breakfast was very good 😊 will love to come back! Guanajuato is a beautiful city with a great weather
