From the moment be booked til the end of our amazing 6 day vacation we felt lots of support and great communication. The staff go above and beyond and met our every need at all times. Even before we would ask, it felt like they already knew how to make things even more special! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel/staff and location. Don’t 2nd guess, book your stay here! It’s perfectly situated between positano and amalfi coast making it ideal spot for the less crowded area but close enough to explore and enjoy all the surrounding areas. The hotel, view and pool area are beautiful. Rosa helped us set up a private driver to and from our hotel and helped us book a scooter rental for most of our days while there. It was so great to have help with dining, excursion/exploring ideas and also would help book these for us. Breakfast was amazing every morning and they even remembered what type of juice and coffee we liked, it would be ready at our table for us by the time we sat down. The pool guy was awesome and made us feel like we were at home.. amazing pool/bar area, super fun and played music we liked. The restaurant for dinner was absolutely delicious (awesome wine selection) the atmosphere was out of this world at dinner. It felt so warm, inviting.. like family. We truly are so grateful for all the love, attention and the care in every detail you gave us in all areas. We can’t thank you all enough for such an amazing and beautiful experience! Praiano Italy Trip
We had an amazing time at Hotel Il Pino! The room and hotel were very clean, the front desk staff was helpful with their local tips, the pool staff kept us having so much fun and the breakfast was one of the best we had on our entire Italy trip. The views from the hotel were breath-taking and the location makes it the perfect spot to be able to walk to shops and restaurants in Praiano. It is also a ~4 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to other nearby towns. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking in Praiano or th surrounding areas!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. They were very kind and friendly, reached out before we arrived and were accommodating. Rosa was very helpful, they give you tips for getting around, restaurants, we felt ver y comfortable. Amazing location that’s serene but close to everything.

The property is in a great location. The room was nice but there were some problems. Our bathroom had ants and bugs everywhere, the shower would not drain the water fast enough therefore there was water all over the bathroom. We had problems with the tv not working. There were also ants by the pool so you couldn’t lay down on the lounge chairs without ants being all over you. Some of the staff were great like Rosa and Guido. Also the cleaning staff were nice. Unfortunately the pool attendant Andrea was very rude…not sure why.

I can’t say how amazing our stay here truly was. Firstly the location is fantastic as it’s not in the busy areas of Amalfi or Positano, but also a nice ride or ferry away to go and see those areas. The hotel has an amazing view with all rooms facing the sea, a beautiful and well clean pool and bar service as well as access to the ocean down about 100 steps. The best part of this hotel was the amazing staff. The two people at the front reception were wonderful especially with parking our car and also helping us get it out upon checkout. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff served you with a smile. The hotel also helped us with renting a vespa for the day through a company they recommend which was also the best to book. We tell enjoyed our stay here and actually have it to return then next time we come back to Italy. Dear il Pino staff from the. Bottom of our hearts thank you for such a wonderful stay! Ps make sure to try the il pino Resturant next door! It’s amazing food, family run and great people.
