We're stayed here several times in the past and were surprised with all the issues we experienced from refrigerator not working, air conditioner sounding like a freight train, bed squeaking, and TV not connecting to service. Staff helped with some of our issues, but what a shock! Not happy!

Room was clean and comfortable, once ac caught up, temperature was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not very good, eggs were like rubber, some bacon was good, but some was burned.

Perfect for us as a stop while traveling. Nice onsite restaurant, the hot tub was good and the rooms comfortable. We traveled as a couple but it would be great for a family too.

The hotel was pretty average. Kind of disappointing that the restaurant bar was closed at 8. :00 also the pool was closed but there was no notification of that before we got there. That was also disappointing. There was a pungit smell of latex is the only description I can give or plastic molding all throughout the hallway. It was so overpowering it was barely able to stand it. Not sure if that was because of the pool issue or what was going on but it was horrible.

Since we booked this through a third party they said they were not able to contact us top let us know the pool was not usable. We booked this motel for the reason they had a pool and we have three children and three adults that wanted to swim. They told us we couold go swim at the other area motels. I guess we should have booked one of those motels. I would give this place ZERO stars!!!

We chose this motel for the pool and hot tub. It was closed for renovations.No info about this when booking. Definitely would not have stayed here. Also, we turned heat on at arrival, went out for the evening and had no heat , only cold air from the unit when we arrived back at 10:00.
