Our whirlpool suite was a very comfortable room with great lighting and style. Peggy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful making sure we had what we needed. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff was very nice. However, they upgraded us to a king whirlpool room from a king room, which we really did not prefer. It took up so much space in the room, which was quite dated, with a very small bathroom area. The room was very clean though. And the staff notified us we had left behind something, and they will be sending it to us. This was much appreciated!

Outdated decor - strange farm themed room with a gate for a headboard. Staff members seemed to not want to accommodate guests. One guest asked for a bathroom during breakfast and was told where it was but that it required a keycard. He replied he had already turned it in and she ignored that comment. He then had to leave the dining area to go to a gas station while his family ate. Cleaning area only had two tables with a sign pointing to a hallway for additional seating elsewhere away from the food area.
