At least this Americas Best is cleaner and better than the one in Beaumont, TX. That one is nasty and refuse to stay at anymore. But this one in Prairieville i do recommend

I recently stayed at this location for several days for a business trip. Positives: I found it to be very convenient to everywhere I needed to go. There was plenty of parking. Check-in was easy. The room was well-sized and clean. Water pressure and temp in the shower were great. TV worked well. A/C cooled. Bed was comfortable. They had on-site laundry, but I only saw one washer and dryer. Areas for Improvement: The lighting in the room was too low/dim. It made it feel cave-like. The water from the sink seemed dirty, so I bought bottled from a local store. They only had one luggage cart. Breakfast options were pretty limited. Wi-fi worked but was on the slower side. Staff weren't mean, but they weren't really all that friendly either. The walls were thin, so I heard my neighbor's TV until 3AM a couple nights. Overall: The stay was fine. I'd stay there again. The few things for improvement aren't dealbreakers for me.

I work off away from home, and this place has been where I stayed the past 3 weeks and going on a month, its prices are reasonable, rooms are nice and everything’s quite so it’s kinda peaceful.

Everytime i have to travel to that area, i always stay there, clean rooms, im allergic to pet dander and they dont accept pets. Needs a few upgrades, maybe remove all of the carpet, from the rooms. All in all, its nice, staff is friendly

I arrived late, around 1 a.m., after calling ahead to inform them of my late check-in. After an exhausting 8-hour travel day, I was surprised to be told by the staff member on duty that I would need to "walk around outside to enter the building." As a single woman arriving in the middle of the night, this felt both unsafe and inconsiderate. It’s disappointing that they didn't immediately take the small effort to open the front door, prioritizing convenience over customer care. The gentleman eventually opened the door for me but it should have been a priority. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets, a seemingly cleaned rug, and a cozy bed. The kitchenette was a nice touch. However, the toiletries were minimal and of poor quality. Thin towels. Breakfast was a letdown—no eggs or breakfast meats in sight, just stale mini bagels, sad-looking bread, and what seemed like week-old muffins. The coffee left much to be desired. While the rooms are a good reason to stay here, the service and breakfast certainly are not.

The rate per night was great! I did not like the smell of the cleaner personally, but place was clean. Quiet area. Easy to get to dining options. Front door parking.
