Tub in room slow draining. Clothes in closet from previous quest. If coffe table was move during cleaning small trash would have been found. Breakfast was lacking in available food. Juice machine out of juice. Waffle machine out of order. Only one ice machine working. Person at check in chewing and snapping gum while checking in

Room was great, breakfast was good, service was great only disappointment was only 1 working ice machine and it was empty everytime I tried it. Elevator also sounded like it needed service but it did work. Very impressed with room, bed and space.

OK for one night’s stay.
OK hotel. Outside south door was broken and could not latch. Concerning. Bathroom needs attention…toilet and tub. Otherwise was a fine place to stay overnight.

Great place for disappointment
Started off nice, check in was pleasant, room was clean and comfortable. First use of the toilet the seat almost came off. Found the hardware behind the toilet so got that attached again. There was a tile in the bathroom that collapsed leaving a jagged sharp edge to stand on. Upon bed time it was discovered the safety latch on the door was ripped off. This was a five day stay, housekeeping managed to miss our room every day. We chased down trash bags and towels from the housekeeping cart in the hallway. Then a storm arrived with torrential downpour and wind. This sent a constant flow of water around the window jam onto the AC unit. But dont worry the power went out so no electrocution worries. Upon going for more towels to sop up water the emergency lights worked on the second floor but not the first. Lucky for the lighting strikes to provide lighting. At checkout a manger was requested but was told they were asleep and would call to discuss the issues. Luckily I'm not holding my breath for my phone has yet to ring. Highly recomend this hotel to assist in development temper control and high blood pressure.

I checked in, and the handicap room wouldn't except the keycard. When transferred to other room, the elevator sounded like it could fall down the shaft. I was there because of a death in the family. Made it more stressful. No I would not recommend staying in the Holiday Inn Exptess.

Some of the renovations seemed to be unfinished and sloppy. Paint missing, tiles cracked. Card readers for hotel doors very hit or miss whether they would work or not.

Servic and cleanliness not worth the money
Front desk person rude and not ready for more than one group coming to check in. Rooms only semi clean with moderate dust all over room and bathroom. Hotel was not ready to turn around rooms with baseball tournament in town and several reservations. Absolutely would not check in one second before 3pm. Breakfast was good.
