We paid extra for a queen suit and the bathroom was terrible. The sink was broken and it was hanging down. Several tiles on the floor were broken and there was hair and dirt on the floor. The tub was never cleaned! The faucet was full of soap scum, the calk around the tub was a gross yellow with mold on it and the bath mat had shoe marks on it. We had to go to the front desk to get some toilet paper because there was none in the bathroom. The hot tub had large pieces of broken tiles, the pool had cracks in the tile by the steps and the pool could use a good cleaning. The manager should check this room and it should not be used until these things are fixed! This was a total waste of money and I will never recommend this hotel and will not stay here again!!

We stayed in this hotel on Valentines Day for the suite with the jetted jacuzzi tub it was broken they didn't even offer a partial refund and the hot tub was broken as well. We would not have stayed there at all had we known all of this prior and no refund or accomodations were made. The front desk lady was rude and the manger was never available.

Not clean at all. There was hair in the bed and pillows so i went down to the front desk and asked for clean sheets. The front desk woman asked if i wanted to change rooms but it was 11 pm and i thought it was probably the same maid cleaning the rooms so i didn't want to wsste anymore time. The bath towels weren't clean, just folded up. It looked like some remodeling was done in the room but not finished.

Ice machines were all non working. Condition of property was rough. Pool and hot tub not working. Only two towels in the room. Check in was slow and confusing, I haven’t had to fill out a form in a long time. Staff was helpful and quite nice. The room was nice as well.

I thought the property was ok. Seemed to be clean but room in tough shape as far as damage. They tried to fix but didn't do a very good job. We were told when we checked in the pet fee was $20.00 the after we left they charged me an additional 7.25? I called and said there was no damage and they told me it was the minimum charge. Disappointed that was told to us. We paid it as we are already 400 miles away.

We had a problem with bed bugs in the room. Woke up in the middle of the night bit. My husband even got but but his ears and head. We killed some. So they were not very good at hiding. Staff was helpful and changed our room when we told him. We had a hard time sleeping after we changed rooms, cuz we were worried to find more. Check out personnel told us we would get reimbursed. Everything else was okay. Just not the best experience.

resting after a long drive

The property is remodeling at the moment so things were a little different. Overall, quite nice and well maintained. It was a little noisy, but a white noise app took care of most of it for us.

Kids were running up and down the hallways and banging on the walls. Kept us up until 12:30 am. Walls were thin. We could here the tv on in the room next to us.

Our experience in Pratt

We were in Pratt so we could attend a play in Haviland. So we were only in the hotel from about 10 p.m. until after breakfast. The room was fine, the window was very dirty and it overlooked a nasty water collection. The elevator was almost scary and didn’t respond to pushed buttons on the floor OR inside the elevator. My husband said the coffee was terrible.

Disappointing

At first glance it looks good. But, it was pretty dirty. Switch plates had dirt smeared on them. The bathroom caulk had mold or mold stains. The bathtub was not scrubbed, even after they recleaned. Walls had plaster peeling. The remote for the television did not work. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk.
