Easy check-in, clean lobby/breakfast. We arrived early, but went right to sleep. In the morning, when we wanted to take our showers, the water in the tub did not work, at all. Front desk gave us a room 2 doors down to bathe. Very, very inconvenient, but at least a remedy. We could not turn the heat down in the room but it was comfortable, albeit hot. Room, hotel, personnel very nice. When we were checking out, I felt we should have compensation for the inconvenience; she said she could offer us nothing because we made the res through a third party. My husband is on oxygen, carries a lot of bags with hoses, etc. To change rooms, redress, to walk down the hall to bathe was a challenge, and very time consuming, as we were trying to get an early start, as we had a 12 hour drive to get home.

The room looks a bit run down. We have been staying at this hotel for years and this was the first time it didn’t feel the same. Carpet squares were not sticking to the floor, room smells musty, chair was partially broken, when moving the chair it would move the carpet squares underneath.

New girl at check in was snapped at by her supervisor when some type of error was made. The breakfast area was not staffed with food running out as well as utensils. Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We were told we had to ask that it be done. We will not return.
