Ladies out front were awesome. Unfortunately, the room wasn't. There was ants all over. I mentioned at check out and they said manager would contact me. They never did.

The room was clean and the nice woman serving breakfast was so genuine and helpful. When we were checking in at the from desk there was a nice gentleman checking us in but there was a older woman who worked there that kept interrupting him as he was taking to me and getting me checked in. Just thought I'd say something so hopefully someone could tell her that is rude etiquette and not professional.

Don’t recommend anyone stay here. It looks nicer online but is a complete dump. Water coming out of bathroom sink smelled like sewage. Toilet running nonstop and refrigerator was obnoxiously loud. We walked in our room and walked out to book another hotel after about 10 minutes.

For what it is it served its purpose, place is clean and quiet so not much to worry about. A plus having a quick a quick breakfast in the morning with a helpful and friendly attendant.

The free breakfast was not good at all, extremely limited to a few bad choices. A scrambled egg thing folded in half is not an omelet. The people weew all very nice. Location was good for our trip. The room smelled bad-ish. Wish i had brought a candle. All in all, the hotel served its purpose.

Weekend concert getaway.

Having grown up "down the hill" in Wickenburg, I realized this was my first stay in BW Prescottonian. I was very surprised to see a split AC unit in the room instead of the old window AC units. The room was very cool and the split unit very quiet. A nice and welcome addition.

Boycott Best Western

I will never stay at a Best Western ever again and I hope you don’t either. The service is outrageously bad, especially at the Prescatonian. If you try to tell the manager, they will kick you out of the hotel. If you call customer service national they will do nothing to support you. The Prescatonian charged me for a night that I didn’t stay after they kicked me out and they are still holding my belongings including my work computer. I came to AZ to visit my sick Grandmother. I am only here for 48 hours. They wasted 6 hours of my day and are still charging me even though this all happened at 12:30PM, barely past late check out. Please boycott this business. I am a tax paying, hard working citizen who has no criminal record whatsoever.

Our stay was fine, nothing outstanding. The room was large, clean, and convenient to a wedding we were going to. Was very disappointed the pool had not opened yet, as was planning on using it in the afternoon after some sightseeing.So ask before you plan on booking a room. Towels could use an upgrade, clean but thin and scratchy. Disappointed also with breakfast selections. Didn’t realize I had to ask for eggs till I saw someone do it, and they didn’t taste like fresh eggs. On the plus side there was a nice attendant to help at the breakfast room.
